On the commune of Hérémence, in the hamlet of Riod, 10 minutes drive from Hérémence, a small barn to be completely renovated with a small flat garden and a great view of the Valaisan Alps. Riod is 10 minutes from Les Masses, the ski slopes of Hérémence which border the ski area of Thyon-Les Colon and the 4 Valleys.
This small barn is in need of complete renovation, except for the roof which was re-tiled 10 years ago.

Hérémence, a village clinging to the side of the Dixence valley, at an altitude of 1230 metres, combines traditional authenticity with the modernity of its latest constructions. The old chalets stand next to the recent public buildings and the boldly designed concrete church. At the bottom of the valley stands the impressive Grande-Dixence dam. Hérémence is a large municipality in the Hérens district, stretching for almost 40 km.
